RETURNS

We hope you adore your Beyond Words purchase, but if for any reason you are unhappy with you purchase, you can apply for a return via this address:

Once the return has been approved by our team, items must come back to the designated address within 7 days of you receiving the item (as reflected in your order’s tracking). Items must be in their original condition - unused and with all original packaging in tact. 

We hope you and your loved ones connect with the Beyond Words magic, but if for any reason you DO wish to return any items, customers will be responsible for cost of postage back to our facility (unless item is deemed faulty), and customer will need to be liable for any losses or delays in the post.

All ‘Beyond Words’ Prints from our ‘Prints’ section are ‘made to order’ and so are NOT eligible for return.
